Sakimoto, a specialty bakery specializing in high quality breads, is now offering a limited edition “Strawberry Chocolate Bread” for White Day at all Sakimoto stores from March 6 (Sat), 2021.
Strawberry Chocolate Bread
The Strawberry Chocolat Bread is a strawberry bread that fills your mouth with the rich aroma of sweet and sour strawberries and chocolate.
The dough is made with the highest quality North American wheat, honey, and strawberry sugar. Freeze-dried strawberries and couverture chocolate chips with a cocoa content of about 55% are combined and baked into a fluffy dough.
There are two types of loaves available: one loaf and one loaf cut into 4 slices about 28mm thick.
