【Buzz Recipe of the Day♪】 “Chili Tomato Carbonara”

The Japanese chef, Ryuji, has shared some of the easiest but most delicious recipes that have been buzzed about so far, and I’d like to share them with you here! It would be great if you could enrich your time at home with delicious food!

Just like a specialty restaurant!
“Chili Tomato Carbonara”

Ingredients

【A】
Pasta 100g
2 teaspoons olive oil
1/8 of an onion
1 clove of garlic
50g of bacon
One hawk claw.
1 1/2 teaspoons consommé
A pinch of salt
200cc of water
1/4 of a can of tomatoes
10g of butter

【B】
3 tablespoons of fresh cream
1 tablespoon of cheese powder
Tabasco
1 egg yolk
black pepper (Piper nigrum)

Recipe

① Place ingredient A in a Ziploc container (or heatproof container).
② Heat in a 600W microwave for 8 minutes.
③ Once heated, add ingredient B, except for the egg yolks, and heat for another 3 minutes.
④ Mix it together and top with the egg yolks at the end, and you’re done!
