The Japanese chef, Ryuji, has shared some of the easiest but most delicious recipes that have been buzzed about so far, and I’d like to share them with you here! It would be great if you could enrich your time at home with delicious food!
Microwave pasta can get so good!
“New Onion Salted Tuna Pasta”
100g of pasta, boiled for 5 minutes
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
1 ½ teaspoons Chinese soup stock
1 tablespoon of sake.
Water, 230 cc.
1 garlic clove
Canned tuna, half canned
100g new onion
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
nori (seaweed) and green onion to taste
① Place all ingredients in a ziploc container and heat, unwrapped, in a 600W microwave for 10 minutes.
② When it’s done cooking, add the lemon juice, mix well, top with nori (seaweed) and green onions, and you’re done!
