
The Japanese chef, Ryuji, has shared some of the easiest but most delicious recipes that have been buzzed about so far, and I’d like to share them with you here! It would be great if you could enrich your time at home with delicious food!
The melt-in-your-mouth goodness.
“Dandan style Simmered Beef and Tofu”

Ingredients
150g silken tofu
Pork belly 100g
1/2 leek
5g ginger
4 tablespoons of soy milk
2 tablespoons of noodle soup
Recipe
Put all the ingredients in a Ziploc container (or a heatproof container), microwave at 600W for 5 minutes and you’re done!
Try it with a dash of rah-oil if you like.
