The Japanese chef, Ryuji, has shared some of the easiest but most delicious recipes that have been buzzed about so far, and I’d like to share them with you here! It would be great if you could enrich your time at home with delicious food!
Dressing with Yakiniku Sauce.
“Golden Dressing Salad”
The dressing is made with Ebara “golden flavor” (yakiniku sauce), a very famous in Japan, but you can also substitute any other sauce.
Lettuce: half a ball (200g)
Pork ribs: 120g
Golden flavor: 1 ½ tablespoons
Mayonnaise: 3 tablespoons
Umami seasoning: 3 sprinkles
Salt: proper amount
Pepper: to taste
Garlic: a little
① Wash half a lettuce ball (200g) and drain well.
② Sprinkle an appropriate amount of salt and pepper on 120g of pork and grill it.
③ Add 1 ½ tablespoons of “golden flavor”, 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 3 sprinkles of umami seasoning, a pinch of grated garlic, and mix well to make the dressing.
④ Place the lettuce on top of the lettuce and pour the dressing on top of the lettuce.
