The Japanese chef, Ryuji, has shared some of the easiest but most delicious recipes that have been buzzed about so far, and I’d like to share them with you here! It would be great if you could enrich your time at home with delicious food!
Microwaved udon noodles with grated scallions and salt sauce
80 grams of chicken
1 teaspoon Chinese soup stock paste
1 tablespoon of sake
1 egg frozen udon
A pinch of salt.
A pinch of black pepper
1 tablespoon of Sesame Oil
(1) Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces and set aside.
(2) Put all the ingredients in a heatproof dish, wrap it and heat it in a 600-watt microwave for 6 minutes.
(3) That’s it!
