
The Japanese chef, Ryuji, has shared some of the easiest but most delicious recipes that have been buzzed about so far, and I’d like to share them with you here! It would be great if you could enrich your time at home with delicious food!
Mushroom Pilaf in rice cooker

Ingredients
1 cup of rice
A little over a teaspoon of consommé
half a pack of shimeji mushrooms
3 sausages.
1/4 of an onion
1 clove of garlic
10g butter
Recipe
(1) Add the washed rice and consommé, and add the water to a little less than the scale.
(2) Add all the other ingredients and cook.
(3) When cooked, mix all the ingredients and you’re done!
It’s also delicious with a splash of black pepper or Tabasco to finish.
You can use mushrooms other than shimeji mushrooms.
Sausages are also great with ham, bacon, and tuna.
