The Japanese chef, Ryuji, has shared some of the easiest but most delicious recipes that have been buzzed about so far, and I’d like to share them with you here! It would be great if you could enrich your time at home with delicious food!
Microwave soy milk chowder
180cc soy milk
1 and 1/3 teaspoons consommé
8 g (2 tsp) butter
A pinch of black pepper
① Cut the potatoes, onions and bacon into 5mm cubes and place in a soup cup, cover with fluffy plastic wrap and cook in a 600W range for 2 minutes.
* Smaller cuts are the secret to shortening the cooking time.
② Add the soy milk, consommé and butter and cook, unwrapped, in a 600W range for 2 minutes, stir to combine and sprinkle with black pepper to finish.
Mix well and eat well.
It warms you up♪
You can also add tuna, carrots and mushrooms if you like!
