The Japanese chef, Ryuji, has shared some of the easiest but most delicious recipes that have been buzzed about so far, and I’d like to share them with you here! It would be great if you could enrich your time at home with delicious food!
Just boil it in hot water and dip it in the sauce!
Pickled roast pork (chashu)
1 block of pork belly.
75cc of soy sauce
25cc of mirin
25cc of liquor.
1 teaspoon of kelp tea
① Cook the pork belly over low heat for 1 1/2 hours.
② Put mirin and sake on the fire, and when the alcohol is skipped, mix soy sauce and kombucha to make a sauce, and then marinate pork belly for a few hours.
③ When the flavor is soaked, slice it and sear it on a burner or grill, then top it with a leek seasoned with sesame oil and salt.
