【Buzz Recipe of the Day♪】”Salt-oil rice” that can be done without using fire.


The Japanese chef, Ryuji, has shared some of the easiest but most delicious recipes that have been buzzed about so far, and I’d like to share them with you here! It would be great if you could enrich your time at home with delicious food!

Salt-oil rice


One clove of garlic.
1 ½ tablespoons white dashi (soy sauce is also acceptable)
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
2 teaspoons mirin
2 teaspoons sake
200g warm rice
Black pepper, green onion to taste
1 egg yolk


① In a ziploc container, combine the garlic, white miso soup stock, sesame oil, mirin, and sake and heat in a 600W microwave for 1 1/2 minutes.
② Stir in the rice, top with black pepper, green onions and finally egg yolk.
③ It’s also delicious with a squeeze of chili oil or lemon if you like.
