
The Japanese chef, Ryuji, has shared some of the easiest but most delicious recipes that have been buzzed about so far, and I’d like to share them with you here! It would be great if you could enrich your time at home with delicious food!
Sea chicken and mayo, an absolutely definite combination!
“Sea chicken mayo udon noodles”

Ingredients
Half a can of sea chicken
2 teaspoons white Japanese soup stock
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
1 ball of frozen udon noodles
1 and 1/2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
Shichimi pepper, laver, spring onion and sesame seeds to taste
1 egg yolk
Recipe
① Place the sea chicken, white dashi, soy sauce and frozen udon noodles in a Ziploc container, wrap and heat in a 600w microwave for 4 minutes.
② Once it’s finished heating, mix in the mayonnaise.
③ Lastly, sprinkle the shichimi peppers, nori, spring onions, sesame seeds, place the egg yolk on top, and you’re done!
