Steakhouse’s bean sprouts
1 piece of beef tallow
1 garlic clove
soy sauce, mirin, sake, 1 tablespoon
two pinches of sugar
200g bean sprouts
① Fry one clove of garlic in one free beef tallow available at the supermarket until fragrant.
② Add all the seasonings except for the bean sprouts and simmer a little.
③ Let’s put bean sprouts at the end and fry quickly, Done!
