The umami of the chicken is half-hearted!
Steamed chicken with Sake.
1 chicken thigh
1/3 teaspoon of salt
2 teaspoons oil
2 cloves of garlic
100cc Japanese sake
① Sprinkle salt on 1 chicken thigh and grill in oil until the skin is browned.
② Add the garlic and sauté until the garlic is browned.
③ Finally, add the sake and cover with the lid, and when the soup is about half full, it’s done!
Eat it with the soup, you will be surprised by its flavor!
