The Japanese chef, Ryuji, has shared some of the easiest but most delicious recipes that have been buzzed about so far, and I’d like to share them with you here! It would be great if you could enrich your time at home with delicious food!
Angel’s Maple Pudding
2 tablespoons of sugar
120cc of milk
a dash of maple syrup
① Combine the eggs, sugar and milk and strain into a mug.
② Heat in a 600W microwave for 2 minutes.
③ Once removed, heat in a 600-watt microwave for 10 seconds, then remove and repeat 3 to 5 times until set.
④ Remove the heat, cool, and finish with a drizzle of maple syrup.
