
The Japanese chef, Ryuji, has shared some of the easiest but most delicious recipes that have been buzzed about so far, and I’d like to share them with you here! It would be great if you could enrich your time at home with delicious food!
Tottori Stamina Natto

Ingredients
★ 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
★ 5 g of ginger and garlic
★ 100g minced chicken
2 packs of Crashed Natto (fermented soybeans)
2 teaspoons soy sauce
2 pinches of sugar.
Scallion, Tabasco to taste.
Recipe
① Fry the ingredients with ★ and turn off the heat.
② Just add the Crashed Natto and the rest of the ingredients to ① and mix!
③ Finish off the dish with a sprinkle of scallion or Tabasco if you like.
