The Japanese chef, Ryuji, has shared some of the easiest but most delicious recipes that have been buzzed about so far, and I’d like to share them with you here! It would be great if you could enrich your time at home with delicious food!
According to Ryuji, this is not a recipe, but an alchemy that can be done at home.
Put 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of baking soda in 1L of water and bring to a boil.
If you boil the pasta in that hot water, it will turn into a sizzling Chinese noodle style!
Add the noodles to 350cc of water, 1 teaspoon of white dashi, 1 teaspoon of Chinese paste, 2 teaspoons of soy sauce and a bit of grated garlic, and boil the soup to make a super delicious ramen-style pasta.
