It is made with chocolate cookies, chocolate almond sponge, milk chocolate mousse, and other ingredients to create a chocolate-covered cake.

The Westin Miyako Hotel Kyoto’s “Berry Rouge” is an eye-catching mousse cake in bright red. The top is decorated with pistachio cream and large strawberries to represent a Christmas wreath.
