“Royal Pink Celebration”-Peach Afternoon Tea-will be held at Conrad Osaka 40th Floor “40 Sky Bar & Lounge” from June 1 (Sat) to August 31 (Sat), 2019. In “Royal Pink Celebration”-Peach Afternoon Tea-with a theme of seasonal peach, playful Peach sweets and selected savory items are available. The table is colored with a menu different from the sweet buffet with the theme of peach currently being held on the same floor.
French red peach “Peche Sanguine”
The feature sweet is “red peach mousse mirror glaze” using red peach “Peche Sanguine” from France. Almond crunch is topped around the mousse, which has a firm peach flavor and a full mouth. The soft texture of the mirror glaze and the crisp texture of the crunch are a delightful dish. In addition, there are six types of sweets such as ruby chocolate, Pavlova combining yellow peach and coconut, and cream of peach and mascarpone cream.
For savory, There are four items such as “Peaches Vichyssoise and caviar”, fresh taste “mint marinated white peach and fresh ham balsamic sauce marinated with fresh mint” using mint compatible with peach, and cold soup made of peach and caviar that matches perfectly with sweetness and hotness.
