Following March 2020, “Osaka Ohsho Supervised Deep Fried Gyoza” will reappear at FamilyMart. The fried gyoza will be made “more delicious” and more satisfying by utilizing the know-how cultivated by Osaka Ohsho, a gyoza specialty restaurant.
The new “Osaka Ohsho Supervised Deep Fried Gyoza” has 35% more ingredients than the previous version. The use of a generous amount of Japanese chicken, pork, and other ingredients has resulted in a juicy, succulent taste that overflows with juices. The skin of the fried gyoza has been made thinner for a crispier texture, and the addition of grated garlic, coarsely minced garlic, and soy sauce sauce with garlic gives the gyoza a deeper flavor.
