Sweet Honey Chocolate Bread
The “Sweet Honey Chocolat Bread” is a sweet and melted chocolatey bread made to look like a Valentine’s Day gift.
The dough is made with North American wheat, Hokkaido butter, cream, and honey, mixed with Belgian chocolate cream, and baked slowly. Chocolate chips are also added to the dough to give it a rich and mellow chocolate aroma as well as a pleasant texture.
You can enjoy it as it is, or toast it to enjoy the different textures of the crispy chocolate dough and the smooth chocolate chips that melt into the dough at the same time.
