Chocolatier Palais d’Or, a brand specializing in chocolates, will offer a limited edition Christmas chocolat from December 1 (Thu) to December 25 (Sun), 2022, at its Chocolatier Palais d’Or Tokyo and other stores.
Gorgeous tree chocolates that add color to Christmas
The “Christmas tree chocolates” are decorated with colorful chocolates like ornaments on a base that resembles a fir tree covered with snow. 2022 will be based on the theme of “nuts and caramel,” and will feature the classic specialty “Palais d’Or” as well as new bonbons, nuts, and dried fruits. The theme for 2022 is “Nuts and Caramels” and the new bonbons, nuts, and dried fruits will be decorated in a gorgeous way.

Inside are six types of chocolate, including passion fruit, strawberry, and pistachio, as well as six types of ganaches, including a homemade chocolate bitter ganache, and a rich lineup of sweets that are pleasing to the eye, including pralines, dried apricots, and roasted almonds for a pleasing texture.
Moreover, the chocolate base is edible as a whole, so it can be broken and eaten as is, or melted in warm milk and enjoyed as hot chocolate.
Special Christmas-specific coffrets are also available.
A Christmas-spec “Coffret Noël,” a glittering silver box wrapped with a glossy red ribbon, also made its debut.
The box is decorated in a Christmas pattern and contains a variety of popular bonbon chocolates such as pistachio and raspberry, as well as the specialty Palais d’Or. This coffret is perfect as a small gift or as a reward for your hard work over the past year.
