Very Ruby Cut, a jewelry sweets company, has introduced a limited edition Halloween cake, “Black Cat Chocolat Night,” which will be on sale at Ecute Shinagawa until October 31, 2022 (Monday).

Launched in December 2021, “Very Ruby Cut” is a sweets brand that proposes a variety of confections with a “jewelry” motif. The brand’s signature cookie, “Very Ruby Cut,” which is also the name of the brand, sold 120,000 units in its first month on the market and has become a hot topic mainly on social networking sites.
Chocolate-covered cake with “black cat motif
From “Very Ruby Cut” comes “Black Cat Chocolat Night,” a limited-edition Halloween cake with a “black cat” motif. The shiny black cat is filled with chocolate sponge and chocolate sauce. It is wrapped in a melt-in-your-mouth mousse chocolat to create a “chocolate-full” dish.

Also available is a special Halloween cookie assortment. The set includes three varieties: elegant green emerald “pistachio,” cute pink ruby “strawberry,” and Halloween-inspired orange sapphire “orange lemon.
