“Strawberry Dessert Buffet-Welcome to Princess Ball-” will be held at Hilton Osaka for a limited time from Wednesday, January 8, 2020 to Sunday, May 17th.

Strawberry buffet with the theme of “Sparkling Palace Party”

The popular strawberry dessert buffet is held every year in 2020, with the theme of “Sparkling Palace Party”. You can enjoy exciting and cute desserts and space productions based on the princess stories that appear in Andersen and Grimm fairy tales.

With Cinderella, Snow White and Rapunzel as motifs

The buffet tables reminiscent of the royal palace are decorated with a variety of desserts inspired by fairy tales such as “Cinderella”, “Mermaid”, “Snow White”, and “Rapunzel”. About 25 kinds of strawberry desserts are lined up in the chandelier’s gentle light.

The most prestigious presence among them is the cake “Prelude to the Coronation Ceremony Assam Tea Mousse” with the image of a crown. A two-layer mousse of milk chocolate and mixed berry wrapped in a savory scented Assam tea flavored mousse, with a crunchy meringue around the cake.

This is also the first time that Vegan sweets have appeared. You can enjoy a “chai-flavored vegan cupcake” topped with a strawberry-flavored soy milk cream on a spice tea cake, and a “vegan coconut maple Panna cotta” finished with two layers of lemon jelly and Panna cotta using agar.
