The “Super Strawberry Buffet 2021: Strawberry Picking at the Hotel #Strawberry Gallery” is a sweet buffet featuring a variety of sweets made with strawberries as the main ingredient.
The highlight of the event is the all-you-can-eat fresh strawberries. From among the brand-name strawberries from all over Japan, such as Hakata Amaou, Saga Honoka, and Hinoshizuku from Tochigi Prefecture, the best varieties of the season are carefully selected and offered on a daily basis. You can enjoy the fresh, sweet and sour strawberries to your heart’s content.
Another highlight is the “Super Amaou Shortcake,” one of Hotel New Otani’s signature products. The “Super Amaou Shortcake” is a combination of fresh cream made with a blend of wasanbon sugar and brown sugar to maximize the sweetness of the Hakata Amaou, and sponge made with Nagasaki’s Taiyo Eggs.
In addition, there will be “jewelry sweets” that shine like jewels. A variety of strawberry sweets are lined up in an acrylic case. The sweets are beautifully arranged by the staff, so you can enjoy them as if they were your own personal jewelry collection.
