The “Strawberry Collection Afternoon Tea” is an afternoon tea of strawberry sweets served on a pure white “spiral staircase” tea stand.
Six types of brightly colored sweets are available. They include “Strawberry Mont-Blanc Tart,” which has strawberries trapped in strawberry jelly, “Pistachio and Strawberry Sable,” which offers a balance between the richness of pistachios and the acidity of strawberries, and a crunchy texture, and “Tropezienne Phrase,” a French sweet sandwiching strawberry jam and vanilla cream in an orange-scented brioche.
The savory menu also includes a variety of items that look as pretty as sweets, such as the “Foie Gras Cookie,” which combines the rich flavor of foie gras with the sweet and sour taste of strawberries.
