SATO (Sugar) to Lamon, a shop specializing in natural lemonade, opened on Wednesday, August 5, 2020, on the first floor of Namba City’s main building in Osaka for the summer only.

Black syrup is the key to taste.

SATO (Sugar) to Lamon, a shop specializing in natural lemonade, specializes in natural lemonade take-out with homemade black syrup made from Japanese lemons and sudakitou (sugar).

Sudakitou is a sugar made from 100% sugarcane grown in the Amami Islands. It has about the same calorie content as ordinary Santo Sugar, but is richer in minerals. The lemons are also 100% domestically produced and free of fungicide and wax, making this homemade “craft lemonade” safe for children and adults alike.

The signature dish is, of course, the Brown Soda Lemonade, made with black syrup of elemental sugar. Other options include the Brown Lemonade, which is great for those who don’t like carbonation, and the Original Lemonade, a clear looking lemonade made with white sugar and 100% domestic lemon syrup.
