Bright Berry Shortcake
The Strawberry Shortcake is a classic shortcake with a light and refreshing texture. For 2020, one thicker layer of cream, cut in half and filled with strawberries that enhanced the juicy flavor and texture. In addition, the top is gorgeously topped with raspberries and blueberries, in addition to strawberries.
Brandy & Espresso-Scented Santonore
On the other hand, “Basilico Tiramisu Santenore” is a cake that is a tiramisu version of the French sweet “Santenore” decorated with small cream puffs. Sablet dough, layered with almond cream dough, coffee mousse, caramel mascarpone cream, and topped with cookies. The puff pastry is filled with coffee chocolate cream. The brandy and espresso flavored puff pastry has an elegant taste.
