Winter-only, high-cacao chocolate and raspberry cheese tart
Pablo’s seasonal tarts are made with seasonal fruits and seasonal ingredients. This winter-only product is a rich chocolate tart with a combination of high-cocoa chocolate and cream cheese, a layer of raspberry confiture and whipped cream with seeds, and a layer of special chocolate cream in the shape of Mont-Blanc.
Two types of chocolate cream are used, one from Sao Tome (70% cocoa content) and the other from Madagascar (67% cocoa content), so that you can enjoy a deeper chocolate flavor. The sweet and sour chocolate cream and sweet and sour raspberries melt in your mouth, creating a perfect marriage.
