Freshly baked cheese tart specialist PABLO mini’s new Orange Confit will be available at all Pablo Pablo mini stores from Saturday, August 1, 2020 until Wednesday, September 30, 2020. PABLO mini in Osaka Prefecture will go on sale at the Shinsaibashi store, JR Osaka Station (Umeda) and LaLaPort Izumi store.
*The JR Osaka Station store sells only a set of 4 pieces (1 each of plain chocolate, juicy peach and orange confit) and does not sell them individually.
Orange Confit
The new “Orange Confit” is a refreshingly orange-scented version of the small, palm-sized cheese tart. The crispy tart is baked with cheese dough poured into it and topped with cream and orange confit made from condensed milk from Hokkaido. The mellowness of the condensed milk cream and the sweet and sour aroma of orange confit make for a refreshing cheese tart that is perfect for summer.
I recommend chilling it thoroughly and eating it to enhance the coolness of the dish.
