Tokusen (Special) Chicken Soba (950 yen)
The chicken flavor is concentrated in the soup, and although it is thick, it is light on the palate, rich but without any dullness or odor. It is just a delicious soup.
The noodles are homemade from 100% domestic wheat. Medium-thick noodles are used for Chicken Soba and thick noodles are used for Tsukemen. Very tasty noodles that won’t lose out to the rich broth! You have to try this!
