Mitsuboshi (3 Star) Ramen Noodle Shop Fukushima is a ramen restaurant with very tasty homemade noodles, as it calls itself a noodle shop. It is located in Fukushima, a ramen battleground, next to Umeda. It is within a 5-minute walk from Fukushima Station.
The soup base is a rich mixture of chicken, pork, and fish.
The menu is based on three types of noodles (ramen, tsukemen, and mazemen), each with its own soup variation: thick, Japanese, and curry. The most popular dishes are tsukemen and thick ramen, and there is also a rice menu and a wide variety of toppings. Customers purchase meal tickets from a ticket vending machine outside the restaurant before being ushered into the restaurant. You can choose the amount of noodles you would like for your tsukemen from normal (150 grams), large (225 grams), and extra large (300 grams). ＋You can also choose a super special serving (450 grams) for an additional 150 yen.
