Mitsuboshi (3 Star) Ramen Noodle Shop Fukushima is a ramen restaurant with very tasty homemade noodles, as it calls itself a noodle shop. It is located in Fukushima, a ramen battleground, next to Umeda. It is within a 5-minute walk from Fukushima Station.

The soup base is a rich mixture of chicken, pork, and fish.
The menu is based on three types of noodles (ramen, tsukemen, and mazemen), each with its own soup variation: thick, Japanese, and curry. The most popular dishes are tsukemen and thick ramen, and there is also a rice menu and a wide variety of toppings. Customers purchase meal tickets from a ticket vending machine outside the restaurant before being ushered into the restaurant. You can choose the amount of noodles you would like for your tsukemen from normal (150 grams), large (225 grams), and extra large (300 grams). +You can also choose a super special serving (450 grams) for an additional 150 yen.

Special thick ramen noodles
The soup looks thick and appetizing. The thick soup, made of seafood and pork bones, has a viscous consistency and is very satisfying to drink.
The medium-thick, straight noodles have a strong presence and are as smooth and satisfying as the soup itself. The thick pork chashu pork and crunchy onions combine to create a delicious harmony in your mouth.

Lunch Set B: Chashu Rice
It is a good balance to the thick ramen, and the slightly smaller size helps.
The chashu pork is delicious in each of its two textures: the large cut, rumbling texture and the finely chopped, moist texture, each of which makes the rice go further.
