Shio tsukemen (salty noodles) … 1,000 yen
You can choose between regular (140g) and medium (160g) ramen noodles for the same price. Limited ramen specials are also available from time to time.
Specialty, Shio no Kirameki
The specialty, Shio no Kirameki, is a superb broth of jidori chicken and clams. The clear soup is refreshing, but the flavors of chicken and clams fill your mouth, and it’s just delicious! The noodles are flat. Chicken chashu pork, accented with savory grilled grill marks, is the perfect accompaniment to this ramen!
This time, I ordered an additional bowl of rare chashu pork (shown on the left side of the ramen, 550 yen). It was again crispy and delicious!
