Cake-shaped pilaf with a large collection of popular characters
‘Mysterious decorations? ～Halloween Party” is a cake-shaped pilaf arranged in a Halloween version of the Rihga Royal Hotel’s traditionally long-selling “Seafood Pilaf” with squid ink.
Popular Halloween characters such as jack-o-lanterns, bats, ghosts, and the Mummy Man are all featured in this photogenic item.

The top of the cake-shaped pilaf is decorated with lobster, truffles, foie gras and pumpkin paste.
This pilaf, with bamboo charcoal added around it, mashed potatoes and cheddar cheese in pops of Halloween colors, is going to make for a special occasion!
The three layers are thinly baked crepes layered with seafood (shrimp, scallops, and crab) and colorful vegetables such as spinach and cherry tomatoes, along with pilaf for a variety of tastes and textures.
