Two kinds of sweets made with Uji Matcha from Kyoto appear in the cafe & gourmet shop “Cafe Bell” on the mezzanine of the hotel.
“Matcha pudding” (400 yen), which utilizes the refined bitterness of matcha, is a thick, smooth pudding that melts in the mouth.
Sponge teat of green tea, chocolate ganache, mousse of green tea ”
thé vert ” (500 yen) that you can enjoy exquisite balance of sweetness of bitter × chocolate of green tea.

Furthermore, “Afternoon tea set-Matcha-” appears in the restaurant & lounge “eu (Yu)” on the second floor of the hotel.
A variety of tea sweets such as Matcha roll cakes and Financiers, Hojicha macaroons, black tea and apricot pound cakes are lined up. Drinks can be selected from coffee, original blended teas and Earl Gray (pot service) from TWG. Coffee and original blend tea are refill free.
