It’s like a real strawberry Daifuku!

“Ichigo (Strawberry) Daifuku Cheese Tart” is a cheese tart with the motif of “Strawberry Daifuku” as the name implies. The whipped cream is layered on the cheese dough, and the sticky Gyūhi, fresh strawberries and blueberries are spread without gaps. The combination of tsubuan cream, Gyūhi, and strawberries creates a unique taste like real “strawberry daifuku”. It goes well with the rich cheese dough, giving it a new taste combining the deliciousness of Japanese and Western sweets.
