Four Green Leaves ITO EN is a new directly managed shop of “Ocha no ITO EN” that appears in Daimaru Shinsaibashi, which will be renewed. Based on the concept of “happiness to incorporate“ green ”tea into the body,” a menu using carefully selected tea leaves is being developed. In addition to green tea, which changes every month, tea drinks that are health-conscious, and bright “green” Japanese sweets.
“This month’s green tea” changes carefully selected green teas with different production areas and varieties, and changes the way to brew according to the tea leaves, utilizing the know-how unique to “Ocha no Itoen”. You can fully enjoy the deliciousness of tea.
“Matcha Affogato” is a Japanese sweet that you can enjoy with Matcha. Once you have chosen your favorite gelato, pour dark matcha over the cool cold gelato. It is a luxurious sweet that you can enjoy the rich fragrance and bitterness of Matcha and the rich sweetness of gelato.
“Uji Matcha Gelato” can be selected from 5 different shades (thickness of Matcha). All use 100% of carefully selected Uji Matcha to condense the flavor of Matcha.
