Freshly baked cheese tart specialty store PABLO’s new “Uji Matcha and Azuki Cheese Tart Small Size” will be available at select PABLO and PABLO Mini stores from March 1 (Mon.) to April 30 (Fri.), 2021.
Uji green tea and azuki bean cheese tart, small size
The “Uji Matcha and Azuki Cheese Tart, Small Size” is a “Japanese” cheese tart with the deep aroma of Uji matcha and the elegant taste of red bean paste.
The cheese dough is layered with sweet bean paste made from azuki beans produced in Tokachi, Hokkaido, and custard cream, and topped with green tea cream made from a combination of Uji green tea produced in Kyoto, custard cream, and fresh cream. In addition, orange peel and sliced almonds are sprinkled on top of the cream to create a richly flavored product.
