Winter-only drink “Tapioca Tiramisu Milk Tea
Chun Shui Tang, known as the birthplace of tapioca milk tea, has invented a new tapioca drink, an arrangement of which is inspired by the Italian sweet tiramisu. Based on a fragrant black tea brewed with unadulterated tea leaves, mascarpone, pure cocoa and a cane sugar syrup that enhances the taste of the tea are blended to express its flavor in the drink.
It also adds pulpy strawberry sauce and hidden orange syrup as the perfect accent to the elegantly rich milk tea of mascarpone. The addition of a hint of acidity and bitterness gives it a classy and mature taste.
