Limited Halloween Afternoon Tea
Grand Hyatt Fukuoka’s “Halloween Afternoon Tea” features an abundance of autumnal delicacies such as chestnuts, pumpkins, figs, and pears. The lineup includes sweets and savories featuring Halloween icons such as bats, eyeballs, and spider webs.
Of particular note is the “Red Wine Compote with Pears. Pears compote with red wine are served with chocolate and walnut brownie and vanilla ice cream, and finished with raspberry sauce. This dish can be enjoyed with a puff that realistically reproduces a spider’s web.
