“La Coppia,” a crystal glass Christmas tree, will be on display in the garden of Hakone Glass Forest Museum until January 9, 2023 (holiday Monday).
Christmas tree with 150,000 pieces of crystal glass
La Coppia, meaning “the couple” in Italian, is a Christmas tree with two trees, one large and one small, decorated with a total of 150,000 pieces of crystal glass. As the name suggests, the two Christmas trees are designed to resemble a couple, with the larger tree named “Romeo” and the smaller tree named “Juliet.

Different looks by day & night
During the daytime, the crystal glass shines in seven different colors against the backdrop of the magnificent nature of Owakudani in Hakone, bathed in sunlight and wind. In the evening, the tree is illuminated. The Christmas tree is a different and fantastic sight during the daytime.

And “Santa Claus the Owl” to bring happiness.
In addition, during the period, a couple of “Owl Santa Clauses” are hidden somewhere on the Christmas tree. Why not look for the “Owl Santa Claus,” which is said to bring happiness, while admiring the one-of-a-kind crystal glass Christmas tree?
