Hilton Hiroshima is holding a Christmas sweets buffet “Alice’s Royal White Christmas” from November 19 (Sat) to December 25 (Sun), 2022, on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays only.
“Alice in Wonderland” Sweets Buffet
Inspired by the story of Alice in Wonderland, the sweets buffet is now available in a Christmas version. More than 20 kinds of gorgeous sweets will decorate the buffet table in a space based on white and gold tones.
Shortcake like a “snow crown”
One of the most notable is the Snow Crystal Crown, a shortcake with the visual of a snow crown.” The cake is decorated with the essence of damask roses, known as the “queen of roses,” and filled with fresh strawberries.
Mousse cake with a fresh taste
Alice’s Beret” is a mousse cake with a refreshing fromage blanc and fresh-tasting lime. The top is topped with a sweet and sour berry compote for added accent.
Beautiful cakes that “look like art”
The “Ornament Noir” with a delightfully crunchy hazelnut and almond paste and the elegant “Snow Queen’s White Coffret” with a “rose” on top of a ruby chocolate mousse cake are also available, along with other artistically beautiful cakes.
Light meal menu available
Other small-sized sweets include “Hatter,” made with beet powder and natural cocoa, and “Christmas morning treat,” an aromatic pistachio mousse, as well as light bites such as chicken sausage and apple hot dogs and minestrone soup.
