Harbor Bread Cafe Kobe umie is a boulangerie cafe produced by Maison Ichi, a popular bakery in Daikanyama, Tokyo. The concept is a “next-generation bakery-cafe” that offers not only bread, but also a full menu of food and sweets, and proposes a menu that uses plenty of local Kobe ingredients.
