Park Hyatt Kyoto will offer two types of afternoon tea for a limited time: “NINENZAKA TEA TIME” and “Afternoon Tea. The afternoon tea is available at KYOTO BISTRO and The Living Room on the 1st floor of Park Hyatt Kyoto.

“Pop” KYOTO BISTRO’s “Ninenzaka Tea Time”

Park Hyatt Kyoto will offer two types of afternoon tea with different atmospheres from KYOTO BISTRO and Lounge Space The Living Room. The afternoon tea will feature sweets and savories made with autumnal ingredients.

KYOTO BISTRO is located on Ninenzaka Street in Kyoto, where you can enjoy the traditional Kyoto cityscape. At “Ninenzaka Tea Time,” you can enjoy a pop-casual and casual afternoon tea menu with a nostalgic feel for a limited time only.

Afternoon Tea” at the “elegant” The Living Room

Afternoon Tea” at The Living Room is offered in a one-course meal that is befitting of Park Hyatt Kyoto’s “Luxury Guest House” concept. Guests can enjoy an elegant and well-balanced combination of sweets and savories using autumnal ingredients. Each dish is accompanied by a set of Japanese tea pairings to match the sweets and savories.

For the first dish, which serves as an amuse, we have prepared a pumpkin mousse with a rich and creamy flavor and Kyoto black bean tea with a savory and refreshing taste. The contrasting flavors of the sweets and tea can be enjoyed.

Second and subsequent dishes will include “Salmon Gravlax with Homemade Yogurt & Fig and Cassis Gateau” and “Truffle with Parmesan Cheese & Chestnut and Ginger in the Middle”.
