Saryo Tsujiri’s Evolutionary “Pudding Shaved Ice
Saryo Tsujiri, a Uji-cha specialty tea house brand, presents “Sawayaka Matcha Plin Ice – Setouchi Lemon”, a Japanese shaved ice using matcha green tea. It is an evolutionary type of “pudding shaved ice,” with the new “Sawayaka Matcha Plin – Setouchi Lemon” trapped inside shaved ice topped with a generous amount of matcha honey.
The star of the shaved ice, “Sawayaka Matcha Purin Setouchi Lemon” is a two-layer matcha pudding. A layer of green tea pudding with cheese as a secret ingredient and a layer of lemon jelly incorporating straight juice from Setouchi lemons create a refreshing taste.
In addition to the new pudding, the “Sawayaka Matcha Purin Ice ~Setouchi Lemon~” is topped with a mild and creamy lemon espuma. The unique finish allows you to enjoy the changes in taste and texture each time you eat it.
