ANA Crown Plaza Hotel Grand Court Nagoya’s sweets buffet, which offers a different theme each month, now features “Sweets Collection – Japanese Sweets” under the theme of “Japanese Sweets”. Sweets using Japanese ingredients such as green tea and azuki beans decorate the buffet table.
The lineup includes 18 kinds of sweets, including “Coffee Water Yokan” with a bittersweet taste, “Matcha Crunch Chocolate” with a crunchy texture, “Zunda Cheesecake” with aromatic Zunda and rich cheese, “Hydrangea Jelly” with a beautiful contrast of blue and purple colors, and more.
One of the most notable sweets is the Fruits Anmitsu. Fresh fruits such as strawberries, kiwi, and cherries, sweet adzuki beans, and refreshing agar are placed in a glass. The dish allows visitors to enjoy different tastes and textures all at once.
