String’s Hotel Nagoya is offering “Princess Afternoon Tea – Snow White” from Monday, November 14, 2022 to Saturday, January 14, 2023 at the New York Lounge on the 1st floor.
Afternoon tea with a “white” theme
Princess Afternoon Tea – Snow White” is an afternoon tea with a theme of “white” like snow. It features a selection of white sweets and savories made in the image of a princess.
The “White Chocolate and Lemon Verrine” at the top of the stand is a sweet with a layer of white chocolate powder and lemon cream, with milk ice cream on top. It is decorated with a silver tiara and small roses. Other sweets on the menu include an opera topped with a “glass slipper” topping and pure white macaroons.
For savory dishes, the restaurant offers three specialties such as “Marinated Shrimp and Egg Yolk Confit. In addition, guests can enjoy approximately 30 kinds of drinks, including the long-established French tea brand “Mariage Freres” and freshly ground coffee.
The Gramercy Suite on the first floor will also offer afternoon tea for lunch with “Cream Pasta with Salmon and Imaichi Turnips”.
