Aman Tokyo will offer a summer-only afternoon tea set, “Summer Afternoon Tea,” from July 1 (Fri.) through September 14 (Wed.), 2022.

The Lounge by Aman, located on the 33rd floor of Aman Tokyo, proposes a variety of afternoon teas according to the season in an elegant space that combines traditional Japanese culture with modernity. This time, various summer sweets and savories will be offered in afternoon tea style for the sunny summer season.
A variety of sweets and savories under the theme of “Memories of Summer
Lined up on a special black bamboo three-tiered stand are a variety of dishes based on the theme of “summer memories. For example, the yacht decorating the top tier is a tart made with plenty of sweet and sour passion fruit and fresh mango. To finish it off, a rich brown sugar cream and white chocolate sail and a praline ring choux to resemble a floating ring complete this seasonal dish.
The menu also includes a basket-shaped buttercream sandwich that will bring out the resort atmosphere, lemon cake decorated with seashells, mango mousse topped with chocolate that resembles mosquito coils, and a summer orange-shaped pon de cajo with chicken ragout inside, among many other visually pleasing summer menu items.
Enjoy a cool summer tea time while gazing out the window at the unique Tokyo scenery of Shinjuku subcenter and Gaien forest.
