Afternoon tea sweets course at Shinagawa Prince Hotel where you can enjoy sweets and savory using seasonal fruits and seasonal ingredients in a course. From February onwards, under the theme of “adult and cute,” a sweets course will be offered that uses sweet and sour strawberries that make you feel the arrival of spring and chocolate that goes well with each other.

The beginning of the course is a savory consisting of spring-colored petit poix mousse, cherry salmon tartare, and a filling T9 mini burger. After that, after going through 5 kinds of variety desserts that elaborated the taste of the pastry chef, to the main grand dessert that you can choose from 2 kinds.

2 types of Grand Dessert to choose from
“Strawberry mille-feuille” is a dish that you can enjoy the harmony of custard, fresh strawberries, and pistachio ice cream sandwiched between crispy pies that are finished before serving. On the other hand, the “Strawberry Parfait”, which is layered with fresh cream, brownies, chocolate ice cream, etc., combines sweet and sour strawberry sauce and fresh fruits.

The course ends with a petit four
Also, petit fours appear at the end of the course. You can enjoy cute mini-sized sweets such as strawberry madeleines with cherry blossom jupe and fluffy strawberry gimauve to your heart’s content.
