The Chocolate & Caramel Afternoon Tea from String’s Hotel Tokyo InterContinental will be served from Tuesday, November 1, 2022 to Tuesday, January 17, 2023 at Melodia Italian Grill and Lutomos Cafe & Bar on the 26th floor.
Chocolate and caramel are the stars of this afternoon tea
As the name suggests, the Chocolate & Caramel Afternoon Tea focuses on the combination of chocolate and caramel. The menu features a variety of gorgeous sweets and savories that will add color to the Christmas season.
The lineup of sweets includes “Pure Chocolate,” a cake encasing five layers of mousse chocolat and other ingredients, “Apple Caramel Pie” coated with ruby chocolate, and “Mini Parfait with White Chocolate and Caramel Macchiato. In addition, from December 1 (Thu.) to 25 (Sun.), freshly baked fondant chocolates that are melting hot will also be offered for a limited time.
The savory menu will also feature dishes unique to the Christmas season, such as a “new sensation” of brioche toast combining turkey breast and chestnuts.
