The most notable of the sweets is the “Chocolate Raspberry Cake” with a plump silhouette reminiscent of the sparkle of rubies. Inside is bitter chocolate mousse and sweet and sour raspberries. The elegant sweetness and refreshing tartness of the raspberry cake will leave a lasting impression on the palate.
